Nepra Foods Appoints Kim Mayo as Chief Operating Officer

Nepra Foods Inc. has announced the appointment of Kim Mayo as Chief Operating Officer, effective October 2, 2026. Mayo's appointment coincides with the introduction of Nepra Wellness, a market-facing identity that unifies the company's activities across various business segments.

Mayo, who joined Nepra in 2021, has experience in regulatory compliance, procurement, and business operations. As a Registered Dietitian with a background in food science, product development, and manufacturing, she brings a blend of technical expertise and commercial experience to her new role.

She will work to coordinate manufacturing, supply-chain activities, and partnerships while supporting the growth of Nepra's consumer brands. Mayo's promotion aligns with Nepra's initiatives, including operations in Lewiston, Idaho and Centennial, Colorado, and consumer brands like PROPASTA and Purpose Water.

CEO Billy Hogan commended Mayo for her contributions, stating her promotion reflects her role in growing the company without changing its direction.
