Nemetschek Group Reports Strong Q1 Growth in 2025

Nemetschek Group started 2025 with a notable increase in revenue. The company announced a 26.3% growth in the first quarter, reaching EUR 282.8 million. Currency-adjusted, this growth stands at 25.0%. The rise is attributed to successful transitions to subscription and SaaS models, with those revenues jumping by 83.6%.
The annual recurring revenue saw a 39.6% increase to EUR 1,038.3 million. Despite challenges such as the insolvency of a service provider, the company's underlying EBITDA margin was 31.4%. The reported EBITDA margin was slightly lower at 28.5%.
CEO Yves Padrines highlighted that the group's strategy of boosting recurring revenues and international growth set a solid foundation to meet 2025 targets. The outlook for the full year remains optimistic, predicting revenue growth between 17% and 19%, inclusive of contributions from the GoCanvas acquisition.
