Négociations entre Altice France, Bouygues Telecom, Free-Groupe iliad et Orange
Les discussions se poursuivent entre Altice France, Bouygues Telecom, Free-Groupe iliad et Orange. Le consortium a présenté une offre valorisant les actifs concernés d'Altice France à 20,35 milliards d'euros. Une exclusivité initiale avait été accordée jusqu'au 5 juin 2026 pour finaliser ce projet stratégique.
Les parties impliquées ont convenu de prolonger leurs discussions de 48 heures afin de parvenir à un accord final. Cette période supplémentaire témoigne des négociations avancées entre les quatre géants des télécommunications. Ces discussions, cruciales pour l'avenir des actifs en question, renforcent la dynamique du marché français des télécoms.
