Natus Medical Launches Global AI EEG Tool

Natus Medical Incorporated has globally launched the autoSCORE™ AI analysis tool, providing expert-level EEG interpretations. The tool ensures accuracy comparable to medical experts, marking a significant step in neurodiagnostics.

Initially introduced in the U.S. in August 2024, autoSCORE offers benefits for neuro care teams by easing clinical burdens. Developed with Holberg EEG, it was trained on 30,000 expertly labeled recordings. The tool, integrated with Natus NeuroWorks software, is FDA cleared and CE marked for various EEG studies.

Natus CEO Chris Landon highlighted this as a watershed moment for advancing patient access and outcomes. Early adopters appreciated autoSCORE's ability to detect multiple abnormalities beyond traditional methods, offering reliable assessments and enhancing clinical decision-making.
