The Economic Activities Court validates the postponement of the namR AGM

The Paris Economic Activities Court has approved namR's request to postpone by three months the holding of its Ordinary General Meeting initially scheduled to approve the accounts for the 2024 financial year. This decision, issued on June 6, 2025, follows a delay in the closing and publication of the accounts pending the approval of a conciliation protocol by the court, obtained on April 29, 2025.
