Namibia Critical Metals Begins Drill Program at Lofdal

Namibia Critical Metals Inc. has begun a significant drilling program at its Lofdal Heavy Rare Earths project in Namibia. Starting on June 3, 2026, the program targets an initial resource for the 1.5 km long xenotime-mineralized system in Area 5, potential underground mining extension in Area 4, and increased resources at Areas 2B and 4.

Darrin Campbell, President of Namibia Critical Metals, emphasized the potential for expanding existing mine plans and exploring new resources. The 2026 drilling initiative involves 83 reverse circulation drill holes aimed at resource infill and expansion, covering about 13,000 meters.

Additionally, Toyota Tsusho and JOGMEC executives visited the site, highlighting their collaboration in exploring this strategic rare earths location.
