Nagarro SE Announces New Leadership in Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board of Nagarro SE has appointed Christian Bacherl as the new Chairperson, with Jack Clemons stepping in as Deputy Chairperson. This change follows the resignation of Dr. Martin Enderle due to health reasons, effective December 31, 2025. The board is actively seeking a candidate to fill the vacant position left by Dr. Enderle.
Changes have also been made to the board's committees. Dr. Shalini Sarin now leads the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, with Bacherl and Clemons as members. The Strategy Committee continues under Dr. Hans-Paul Bürkner, with Clemons as Deputy. The Audit Committee remains unchanged, with Clemons as Chairperson.
