Mutares Divests SRT Group to Quiver

On November 2, 2026, Mutares SE & Co. KGaA announced the sale of SRT Group SAS and its subsidiaries to Quiver. SRT Group, known as Stuart, is a prominent platform in urban and last-mile logistics across Europe, connecting businesses with independent couriers for efficient deliveries. Headquartered in France, Stuart operates in the UK and Poland, with a tech center in Spain.

Since acquiring Stuart in 2023, Mutares focused on diversifying its client base, investing in proprietary technology, and improving operational processes. This led to a significant enhancement in cost efficiencies and revenue, which now stands at approximately EUR 50 million.

The sale aligns with Mutares' strategy of stabilizing portfolio companies before selling them to parties who can support their long-term growth. This move also reduces Mutares' exposure to the Retail segment.
