Municipality Finance Launches NOK 2 Billion Notes
Municipality Finance Plc (MuniFin) is set to issue NOK 2 billion notes on September 7, 2026. These notes will mature on September 7, 2033, carrying a fixed interest rate of 4.519% per annum. This issuance is part of MuniFin's EUR 50 billion debt instrument programme. The documentation, available in English, can be accessed on the company’s website.
MuniFin plans to list these notes on the Helsinki Stock Exchange, managed by Nasdaq Helsinki, with public trading anticipated to begin on the issuance date. Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) is the dealer for this transaction. MuniFin remains a key Finnish bond issuer in the international markets, focusing on sustainable and socially responsible projects.
