MS Industrie AG Releases Q1-2025 Financial Results
MS Industrie AG has reported its Q1-2025 financial figures. The company's consolidated revenue was about EUR 36 million, down from EUR 54 million in the previous year. This decline followed the sale of its majority share in the MS Ultrasonic division in mid-2024, highlighting the limited comparability with last year's figures.
The overall first-quarter result was negative, with an EAT of approximately EUR -1.3 million. This includes initial expenses of EUR 0.4 million for launching a new plant in Charlotte, North Carolina.
On a positive note, MS Industrie AG saw a 12% increase in its order backlog, now totaling EUR 81 million. The sales forecast for 2025 has been adjusted from EUR 145 million to EUR 150 million, based on improved inventory levels at major customers.
