MS Industrie AG Acquires Trossingen Property and Sets Sights on 2026 Growth
As of March 31, 2026, MS Industrie AG has acquired a manufacturing facility in Trossingen, previously under a leasing structure since 2015. This early acquisition promises significant financial benefits, including improved EBITDA, EBIT, and EBT. The property, valued at approximately €28 million and providing a production area of 22,600 square meters, will enhance the group's financial stability.
For the fiscal year 2025, MS Industrie AG expects a modest 3% revenue increase, despite facing challenges like US start-up costs and exchange rate effects. The preliminary figures indicate a continued negative pre-tax profit, projected at €-5.4 million.
Looking ahead, the company forecasts a promising 7% revenue growth for 2026, buoyed by a robust order backlog and expansion efforts in the US. Additionally, structural streamlining within the group is anticipated to lower operational costs.
