Monthly declaration of voting rights of HEXAOM

HEXAOM has published its figures relating to the number of shares comprising the capital and the total voting rights for the month of November 2025. According to article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation, the number of shares comprising the capital amounts to 6,937,593 on November 30, 2025.

Regarding voting rights, the theoretical number is 10,707,926, including all shares, even those without voting rights. In practice, the number of exercisable voting rights is 10,623,526, after deducting shares without voting rights.
