Monport MegaS Revolutionizes Desktop Laser Engraving Market in Europe

Monport Laser has launched the Monport MegaS, a 70W CO2 laser engraving and cutting machine aimed at boosting productivity and precision for professional use. This release marks the company's expansion into Europe and Asia, including markets in the UK, Germany, and France. The MegaS, part of the Mega Series, merges intelligent automation with industrial-level performance, ideal for scalable production environments.

The machine features a batch engraving system equipped with a high-definition panoramic camera and a conveyor belt, enhancing workflow efficiency for high-volume production. Additionally, an external air pump system enhances cutting and engraving results on thicker materials like acrylic and wood, significantly reducing burn marks.

The MegaS offers LightBurn-ready connectivity, LiDAR-based autofocus, and a 5-minute laser path alignment system, enabling engraving speeds up to 600 mm per second. Its design includes a large working area, smoke and dust exhaust systems, and an enclosed guide rail for long-term stability. The machine is intended for use in woodworking, signage, education, and custom manufacturing sectors.
