Molten Ventures: Share Buyback Initiative

Molten Ventures plc, listed on the London Stock Exchange as GROW and on Euronext Growth as GRW, has executed a significant share buyback. On March 3, 2025, Numis Securities Limited, trading as Deutsche Numis, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares on behalf of Molten. This transaction is part of the share repurchase programme announced earlier this year on January 21.

The shares were acquired at a price range of 294.00p to 307.00p each, with a volume-weighted average price of 299.4885p per share. This acquisition brings the company's total issued share capital to 189,046,450 ordinary shares, with 3,823,159 held in treasury.
