Molten Ventures Executes Share Buyback
Molten Ventures plc, a UK-based investment company listed on the London Stock Exchange under the ticker GROW, has completed a share repurchase. On December 11, 2025, Goodbody Stockbrokers UC acquired 50,000 ordinary shares on behalf of Molten Ventures. This purchase is part of a share buyback programme initiated on November 13, 2025.
The repurchased shares were bought at prices ranging from 474.00p to 483.00p per share, with a volume-weighted average price of 478.2887p. Following this transaction, Molten Ventures' issued share capital stands at 189,046,450 ordinary shares, while the number of shares held in treasury is 12,918,107.
The completion of this transaction adjusts the total voting rights within the company to 176,128,343. Shareholders are advised to use this new figure for any calculations related to voting rights.
