Molten Ventures Executes Share Buyback

Molten Ventures plc, listed on the London Stock Exchange under the ticker GROW, has announced a new transaction in its own shares. On September 4, 2025, Goodbody Stockbrokers UC acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in the company. This acquisition is part of the share repurchase plan that was revealed on August 4, 2025.

The highest price per share was 374.60p, while the lowest was 360.20p. The shares were bought at a volume-weighted average price of 371.6409p. Following this transaction, Molten Ventures' total issued share capital stands at 189,046,450 shares, with 10,209,392 held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the company now reaches 178,837,058.
