Mobimo Expands Portfolio with Zurich Acquisition

Mobimo Holding AG announced the acquisition of EMWE Holding LTD, enhancing its investment portfolio with additional assets in Zurich's residential sector. The acquisition involves five existing residential properties in Uster, Wädenswil, and Zurich, along with three properties under construction in Zurich and Kloten. On completion, these properties will value around CHF 230 million and generate CHF 6.5 million in annual rental income.

The purchase agreement, signed on August 7, 2025, stipulates that 51% of the purchase price will be paid via new Mobimo shares, with the remaining 49% in cash. The transaction completion is expected by the end of August 2025.

Mobimo's CEO, Daniel Ducrey, highlights portfolio expansion and income growth as strategic priorities. Former EMWE owners expressed satisfaction with Mobimo's long-term vision and shareholder opportunities. Despite a slight decrease in the equity ratio and increase in EPRA LTV, Mobimo maintains a strong financial position.
