Mobimo completes the acquisition of EMWE Holding SA

On August 21, 2025, Mobimo Holding AG completed the acquisition of EMWE Holding SA, including its subsidiary EMWE Immobilien AG. This transaction, initially announced on August 8, 2025, allows Mobimo to integrate five residential buildings located in Uster, Wädenswil, and Zurich, as well as three others currently under construction in Zurich and Kloten, with completions scheduled for 2026 and 2027.

The existing buildings, almost entirely let, are expected to generate approximately CHF 3 million per year in rent. The new buildings are expected to generate CHF 3.5 million annually upon completion. The acquisition was completed by issuing 188,222 new Mobimo shares, representing 2.5% of the share capital, to be held by the sellers for five years.
