Feu vert pour le projet Torfmatt à Wangen-Brüttisellen
Le projet Torfmatt de Mobimo Holding AG a franchi une étape cruciale. L'assemblée communale de Wangen-Brüttisellen a approuvé presque à l'unanimité le plan d'aménagement le 18 mars 2026. Ce quartier à usage mixte se construira sur l'ancien site ERNI, entre Brüttisellen et Dietlikon, dans le canton de Zurich. Cette zone de 16 000 m², principalement en friche, se transformera en un quartier dynamique avec environ 300 appartements et 5 000 m² de surfaces commerciales.
Signé par KCAP et Studio Vulkan, le projet prévoit huit bâtiments aux toits distinctifs et un espace vert central. Sa réalisation se déroulera en trois étapes, avec une première phase débutant à l'automne 2028 et se terminant au printemps 2031.
