Mobimo Holding AG a tenu sa 26e Assemblée générale à Lucerne, où 66,72% du capital-actions votant était présent. Toutes les propositions du Conseil ont été acceptées. Markus Schürch a été élu président, succédant à Peter Schaub après 18 années. Schürch a exprimé sa gratitude aux actionnaires pour leur confiance. Sophie Dubuis rejoint le Conseil en tant que nouvelle membre.
La distribution de CHF 10.25 par action a été approuvée. Cette somme comprend un dividende de CHF 5.15 et une distribution de CHF 5.10 exonérée d'impôt, aboutissant à un montant net de CHF 8.45 par action versé le 8 avril 2026.
