Mobilezone's Strong First Half of 2026 Showcases Expansion and Integration Success

Mobilezone Holding AG reported positive financial results for the first half of 2026, exceeding last year's figures. The company reported net revenue of CHF 127.2 million, a 4.2% increase from CHF 122.0 million, and a gross profit of CHF 61.2 million, up 8.8% compared to the previous year. EBITDA reached CHF 19.6 million, marking a new half-year record.

The strategic acquisition of AK Group, including the e-commerce platform Apfelkiste.ch, has bolstered Mobilezone's position in e-commerce. This acquisition aligns with the company's strategy to grow recurring revenue and offset changes in its point-of-sale business.

The Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) segment also saw promising growth, with postpaid subscriptions up by 10.6%. The successful integration of Apfelkiste products and the expansion of MVNO activities highlight Mobilezone's adaptability and growth potential.
