Tobias Krauss Appointed as New CEO of Mister Spex SE
Mister Spex SE has announced a leadership change with Tobias Krauss stepping up as the new CEO effective 1 April 2025. Krauss, currently the chairman of the supervisory board, will transition to his new role, joining Stephan Schulz-Gohritz on the Management Board. Schulz-Gohritz will continue his duties as Chief Financial Officer.
As Krauss prepares to assume his position as CEO, he will resign from his role as Chairman of the Supervisory Board on 31 March 2025. His current deputy, Nicola Brandolese, is set to succeed him as Chairman. The Supervisory Board plans to propose a candidate for the resulting vacancy at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on 5 June 2025.
