Mister Spex SE Annual General Meeting Sanctions Management Proposals

At the recent Annual General Meeting of Mister Spex SE, all management proposals were approved with a substantial majority of approximately 95%. The meeting, held virtually, saw the participation of 68% of the company's share capital. During the event, CEO Tobias Krauss and CFO Benjamin von Schenck presented the company's performance in 2025 and its strategic plans for sustainable growth through an efficient organizational structure.

The meeting also saw significant changes in the supervisory board. Dr. Michael Ahrens was elected, bringing expertise in omnichannel retail and digital transformation. He replaces Pietro Luigi Longo. Nicole Srock.Stanley was re-elected to the board. Deloitte GmbH was reaffirmed as the statutory auditor for 2026.

Chairman Nicola Brandolese acknowledged the contributions of Pietro Luigi Longo and expressed confidence in the new and continuing board members' abilities to guide the company forward.
