Mint, a company specializing in eco-responsible energy and telecom services, announced that it has been fined €3.5 million by the Energy Regulatory Commission's Dispute Resolution and Sanctions Committee (CoRDiS).

This penalty results from an investigation conducted by the President of the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE). It aimed to verify the compliance of Mint's practices regarding regulated access to historic nuclear electricity (ARENH) in 2022. The decision will be published in the Official Journal and on the CRE website.

Mint had already set aside €6 million in its 2024 annual accounts, according to the press release dated April 22, 2025. The company is considering an appeal to the Council of State.
