Changes to Mint's Board of Directors

Mint, a provider of eco-responsible energy and telecom services, announces a strategic shift within its Board of Directors. Pascale Auger joins the team, bringing significant expertise gained from working for large corporations. This appointment follows the resignation of Kaled Zourray, founder of Mint, formerly Budget Télécom. His departure marks the end of more than 25 years dedicated to developing the company, recognized by the Board for their contribution to sustainable growth.

Auger, a graduate of Centrale Lille, has had an impressive career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Capgemini, before taking on executive roles at Bolloré and LafargeHolcim. Today, she sits on various boards of directors. Her appointment will be ratified at the next ordinary general meeting.
