Miliboo: Update on share capital and voting rights
Chavanod, August 1, 2025 – Miliboo has published its information on share capital and voting rights. As of July 31, 2025, the company had 6,930,904 shares in its capital.
Theoretical voting rights amount to 10,949,674, while actual voting rights reach 10,890,307. These figures are determined according to the AMF general regulations, including non-voting shares.
Miliboo's articles of association include a threshold crossing reporting clause, in addition to legal requirements. This measure aims to ensure transparent communication on the shareholder structure.
