Mikron signe un accord de licence avec United Machining Solutions
Mikron Holding AG a conclu un nouvel accord de licence avec United Machining Solutions (UMS), anciennement United Grinding Group. Ce partenariat fait suite à l'acquisition par UMS de la division Machining Solutions du groupe Georg Fischer. Cet accord permet à UMS d'utiliser la marque Mikron Mill pour son activité de fraiseuses, prolongeant ainsi le contrat de licence conclu en 2000.
Cet accord n'entraîne aucun changement de structure ni de propriété entre UMS et Mikron. Mikron reconnaît l'engagement d'UMS à préserver la réputation d'excellence de la fabrication suisse. Mikron demeure un partenaire mondial incontournable dans divers secteurs, notamment pharmaceutique et automobile, proposant des solutions d'automatisation et des systèmes d'usinage innovants.
