In Nuremberg, Germany, Midea highlighted significant innovations at Chillventa 2026, displaying advancements in indoor heat pumps, cold climate heating, and home energy management. The company received accolades as the world's top Residential Inverter and R290 Air Conditioner Company for the fourth year running, with awards accepted by Ralph Kobsik from Midea Europe GmbH.
The H-Pack, a notable introduction, is an indoor heat pump designed to overcome European installation challenges, lacking the need for an outdoor unit. Its modular build simplifies installation and maintenance, supporting both all-electric and hybrid operations.
Additional innovations included the VitaBreeze, utilizing AirGrid technology for targeted airflow, and the Raynor, recognized for its A+++ efficiency and award-winning design. The PortaSplit offers flexibility and low noise in European window installations and will switch to R290 refrigerant in 2027.
