Michelin declares its voting rights and shares as of May 31, 2026
In a press release dated June 11, 2026, Compagnie Générale des Établissements Michelin announced the total number of voting rights and the number of shares comprising its share capital. As of May 31, 2026, Michelin's share capital amounted to €343,798,729, with a total of 687,598,437 shares.
The total number of theoretical voting rights is 978,568,688, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 972,431,246. This difference is due to 6,137,442 shares held in treasury by the company. These figures are reported in accordance with the legal and regulatory requirements of the French Commercial Code and the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
