Michelin a communiqué les détails de son récent programme de rachat d'actions. L'émetteur, Compagnie Générale des Établissements Michelin, a procédé à ce rachat le 13 août 2026. Les titres concernés étaient des actions ordinaires, identifiées par le code ISIN FR001400AJ45.
À cette date, Michelin a racheté un total de 196 718 actions à un prix moyen pondéré quotidien de 33,2684 euros chacune. Les transactions ont été effectuées de gré à gré.
Les institutions financières impliquées étaient Natixis, BNP Paribas et Société Générale. Les actions acquises sont destinées à être annulées, conformément à l'objectif du rachat, sous la référence de transaction 5309224.
