MHM Corporate Publishes General Meeting Documents

On June 9th, 2026, MHM Corporate, listed on Euronext Paris, announced the availability of its general meeting documentation. The meeting is scheduled for June 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the law firm Lexelians in Paris. Key agenda items include the approval of the 2025 financial statements and appointments to the board of directors, namely Ms. Ana Silva and Ms. Andreia Gonçalves de Oliveira.

The meeting will also address various compensation approvals for fiscal year 2025. This includes Mr. Jean-François Ott, former CEO and current chairman, as well as Mr. Diede van den Ouden and Mr. Rudie Reedijk, concerning their executive roles. Additionally, a reverse stock split delegation to the board is on the agenda.
