Verve Group Media SE Successfully Relocates to Ireland

Verve Group Media SE has finalized its relocation from Sweden to Ireland, effective 2 October 2026. The company, a leader in mobile advertising intelligence, will resume trading on 5 October with the new Irish ISIN IE000ZVY0237. The move aims to tap into Ireland's tech-savvy talent pool and align more closely with U.S.-based ad-tech peers, alongside a shift to USD reporting.

Verve's registered office is now at Ten Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin. The relocation includes adopting a new Constitution and abiding by the Swedish Corporate Governance Code. Ireland will serve as Verve's new Home Member State under the Transparency Directive. This change adjusts the major shareholding notification thresholds to start at 3%, with further increments at 1% thereafter.

As part of the transition, the company plans to expand its Dublin team, leveraging Ireland's robust tech industry ecosystem. Legal counsel for the move was provided by Gernandt & Danielsson Advokatbyrå in Sweden and Arthur Cox LLP in Ireland.
