Verve Group Media Announces Relocation to Ireland and Trading Suspension
Verve Group Media SE plans to relocate to Ireland, effective 2 October 2026, concluding a cross-border transition. To facilitate this move, trading on Nasdaq First North and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will be suspended on 2 October 2026, resuming on 5 October 2026 with a new Irish ISIN IE000ZVY0237.
Shareholders need not take any action as their shares will automatically be converted to Irish shares, maintaining their holdings. Post-relocation, Euroclear Bank SA/NV becomes the issuer central securities depository. Trades on Nasdaq and Frankfurt markets will shift to Irish ISIN from 5 October.
Verve previously secured shareholder approval for this move in June 2026 and aims to leverage Ireland's strategic advantages while preserving its market presence in Sweden and Germany.
