Rafael Benami nommé Président du Conseil d'Administration de MG International
MG International, également connue sous le nom de Maytronics France, a annoncé la nomination de Rafael Benami en tant que nouveau Président du Conseil d'Administration, effective depuis le 14 avril 2026. Benami, CEO du groupe Maytronics, succède à Sharon Goldenberg. Nicolas Mouret reste Directeur Général.
Lors de la séance du Conseil d'Administration du 14 avril 2026, il a été décidé de convoquer une Assemblée générale le 24 juin 2026. L'ordre du jour prévoit l'approbation des comptes sociaux de 2025 et une proposition d'affectation du résultat au poste Report à Nouveau.
