Métropole Télévision SA will hold its Combined General Meeting on April 28, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Théâtre des Sablons in Neuilly-sur-Seine. The agenda and draft resolutions are published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires (BALO) and in the online legal notices section of lefigaro.fr.
The preparatory documents for the General Meeting, in accordance with legal requirements, are now available on the company's website. To facilitate access to this information, they will also be available at the company's registered office. The General Meeting will be broadcast live on the company's website, with the option of delayed viewing.
