METAVISIO: Placed under Reorganization for Debt Reduction

METAVISIO - THOMSON Computing, listed under the ticker symbol ALTHO, has entered receivership following a decision by the Melun Commercial Court. This procedure aims to stabilize the company's financial structure and ensure its long-term viability. Two court-appointed administrators have been designated to oversee this process.

To ensure continuity, METAVISIO obtained €500,000 in ORNANE bond financing to cover its expenses during the proceedings. This arrangement includes the option of repayment through the issuance of shares.

The financing is spread over several tranches, the first of which is scheduled for March 17, 2026. However, this operation will result in significant dilution for current shareholders, as the ORNANEs are convertible into shares.
