METAVISIO strengthened by a strategic partnership in South Korea

On March 17, 2025, METAVISIO (THOMSON Computing), a leading IT company, is expanding globally with a landmark partnership with BKB Energy in South Korea. This project will introduce TECHNOLOGY1-THOMSON Computing Korea, a subsidiary dedicated to data center growth.

BKB Energy, a notable player in energy infrastructure, will guarantee the financing through convertible bonds, leaving METAVISIO's shareholding unchanged. METAVISIO will supply critical GPUs/CPUs, strengthening its network through Turboscale, NVIDIA's distributor.

This initiative, without influencing its current economic structure, aims for solid growth before its planned listing in the United States with ARC in 2025.
