METAVISIO: Ordinary General Meeting Announced for January 9, 2026
On December 24, 2025, METAVISIO, also known as THOMSON Computing, announced that it would hold an ordinary general meeting. This meeting will take place on January 9, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Château Saint Ange, in Dammarie-les-Lys, the company's headquarters.
Shareholders will have two main items on the agenda. The first concerns the appointment of Kristof Houben to the board of directors. The second relates to the allocation of the necessary powers for the formalities. Details can be found on the METAVISIO website.
