Mersen: Share and Voting Rights Update for October 2026

Industrial group Mersen has disclosed its share and voting rights statistics as of October 31, 2026. The total number of shares stands at 24,418,312. The number of real voting rights is reported at 26,980,474. These real voting rights consider the presence of double voting rights and exclude shares that do not have voting privileges.

The theoretical number of voting rights is slightly higher at 27,120,498. The difference between real and theoretical voting rights is attributed to the adjustment for shares deprived of voting rights. This disclosure aligns with Article L-233-8-II of the French “Code de Commerce” and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.
