Mersen Announces Share and Voting Rights Update as of November 2025

Mersen has released the latest figures for its share capital and voting rights as of November 30, 2025. The total number of shares stands at 24,418,312. The number of real voting rights is recorded at 27,031,922, while the theoretical voting rights total 27,109,321. This update complies with Article L-233-8-II of the French "Code de Commerce" and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. The real voting rights figure accounts for double voting rights and excludes shares that do not confer voting rights. Mersen's shares are listed on Euronext Paris under Compartment B.
