Changements stratégiques au sein de Mersen
Le 10 décembre 2025, Mersen, spécialiste des spécialités électriques et des matériaux avancés, a annoncé des changements importants au sein de son Comité Exécutif. Matthieu Elriz est nommé Vice-Président Exécutif du pôle Advanced Materials, succédant à Éric Guajioty. Ancien de Rothschild et Imerys, Matthieu a joué un rôle majeur dans la croissance de l'activité Graphite Materials Technologies. Ferran Sacrest prend la tête du pôle Electrical Power, remplaçant Gilles Boisseau. Ferran a rejoint Mersen en 2014 après l'acquisition de Cirprotec. Gilles Boisseau dirigera la nouvelle entité Mersen International, visant à soutenir l'expansion mondiale du groupe.
