The total number of shares comprising the company's capital amounts to 93,886,501, which also corresponds to the total number of voting rights. However, the voting rights exercisable at the general meeting are slightly lower, reaching 93,351,279, according to the press release issued from MERCIALYS's headquarters in Paris.
