Mercialys: Transactions in treasury shares in September 2026

Mercialys carried out several share purchase transactions between September 7 and 11, 2026. These transactions were part of free share allocation plans for the company's employees and executives. A total of 299,041 shares were acquired at a weighted average daily price of €10.7432.

The purchases were made under a share buyback mandate allowing the acquisition of up to 430,000 shares, valid until December 31, 2026. This program is authorized by the General Meeting of Shareholders, according to the resolution adopted on April 23, 2026.

The transactions were carried out on the Euronext Paris market, in compliance with European regulations.
