Mensch und Maschine Software SE Reports Strong Q4 Performance
Mensch und Maschine Software SE (MUM), a company specializing in CAD/CAM/BIM, has announced a robust Q4 performance with a 42% increase in EBIT. For 2025, EBIT grew by 5.7%. The company achieved a gross profit rise to approximately EUR 181.8 million, marking a 4.2% increase. Net profit after minority interest rose to EUR 31.7 million, and a dividend of 200 cents per share will be proposed.
Sales were impacted, with overall revenues falling by 27% to EUR 238.5 million, mainly due to strategic transitions involving Autodesk revenues. However, the market volume grew by 6% to over EUR 373 million. The EBIT margin improved significantly from the previous year's 14.3% to 20.6%.
Chairman Adi Drotleff and CFO Markus Pech anticipate long-term growth, aiming to double EPS by 2030 with an annual profit growth target of 15%. Final audited figures for 2025 will be released in March 2026.
