MEMSCAP publishes documents for its annual general meeting
MEMSCAP, a specialist in high-precision pressure sensors, announces the availability of documents for its Annual General Meeting, scheduled for June 4, 2026. Originally planned for Bernin, it will now be held in Paris, at 13 rue du Mail. Shareholders are invited to consult the notice of meeting published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on April 29, 2026.
The documents relating to this meeting are available on the MEMSCAP website, in the General Meetings section. The procedures for participation and voting are also detailed there.
