Falk Neukirch's Tenure as CFO of Medios AG to Conclude in April 2026
Medios AG has announced that Falk Neukirch's tenure as Chief Financial Officer will conclude in April 2026. The decision was made at Neukirch's request as he seeks new opportunities. Since October 2021, Neukirch has been instrumental in transforming Medios AG, enhancing financial structures, and leading critical acquisitions, including the 2024 CEBAN Group integration.
Under his guidance, a new ERP system was implemented, and €225 million in bank financing was secured. Neukirch played a vital role in supporting Medios' growth and ensuring financial transparency. He will continue to support the company in an advisory role during the transition.
