Medincell Releases 2025-26 Financial and CSR Reports

On July 28, 2026, Medincell announced the release of its 2025-26 Universal Registration Document (URD), filed with the French market authority, AMF. The document, under reference D.26-0554, covers key aspects such as the Annual Financial Report, management and CSR reports, and corporate governance details. Shareholders will also find proposed resolutions meant for the September 30, 2026 meeting.

All documents are accessible on Medincell's and AMF's websites, with the CSR report separately downloadable from Medincell's site. An English version of the URD will soon be available online.
