MEDICLIN Reports Increased Operating Results for Q1 2026

MEDICLIN AG reported a significant improvement in its group operating result for the first quarter of 2026. The company treated 27,005 patients, increasing from 25,952 in the previous year. Revenues rose to EUR 186.9 million, a 5.7% increase from EUR 176.9 million the previous year. The operating result jumped to EUR 9.3 million, showcasing a EUR 4.1 million boost compared to last year's EUR 5.2 million.

An important reclassification in the income statement was made to enhance comparability, not affecting profit or loss. In the Post-acute segment, revenue grew by 6.4% to EUR 126.8 million, with a slight decrease in the cost of materials ratio. Meanwhile, the Acute segment saw a revenue rise to EUR 53.8 million but faced a EUR 1.9 million dip in operating results due to increased expenses.

Revenue in the Care segment increased slightly to EUR 6.4 million. The Service segment reported a steady rise in other income with an operating result of EUR 1.3 million. The Management Board anticipates achieving the full-year revenue and EBIT forecast.
