MediCapture Introduces aiScope™ for Veterinary Sciences at VMX 2026
MediCapture Inc., a leader in medical imaging systems, announced the aiScope™ pilot launch at VMX 2026. This software supports Vision AI models and operates locally on MediCapture's MTRs and selected MVR imaging systems. The launch focuses initially on veterinary sciences.
The aiScope™ allows real-time object detection and AI-assisted video analysis on certified devices, removing the need for external systems. Bernd Jotzat, Senior Product Manager, highlighted aiScope™'s ability to bridge the gap between research AI models and practical usage in clinical settings.
The vendor-neutral aiScope™ supports open source models across different camera systems. A pilot launch starts January 15, with data collection programs for universities and research centers planned for 2026, aiming for broader availability by summer.
