Median Technologies: Update on voting rights as of July 31, 2026
On August 10, 2026, Median Technologies published a statement regarding the allocation of its voting rights and shares as of July 31, 2026. In accordance with the French Commercial Code and the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), the company specified the following figures:
The share capital consists of 49,071,263 shares. The actual number of voting rights, after deducting treasury shares, amounts to 49,011,540. The theoretical number, including treasury shares, is 49,048,063. Class E preference shares do not carry voting rights.
Moreover, of the 14,424,541 share subscription warrants (BSA) issued in 2025, 12,261,125 remained to be exercised at that date.
